Role Description

PrayERs will agree to being contacted by your Team Organizer once per week with an update on any new prayer requests or updates.

PrayERs will commit to praying at least once that week by name for the individuals on the prayer list.

PrayERs will contact the church office if at any time they would like to be removed from a PrayER Team (or moved to a different team).

Each PrayER will receive a prayer journal that may be used to record prayer requests received from the PrayER Team Organizer (although not required).

The welcome packet will also contact helpful information on how to pray, what the Bible says about prayer, a sample prayer for that topic, and more.

PrayERs will receive periodic prayer suggestions, Scripture references, or other pertinent information for the Team's prayer topic.
