Join us on Tuesday, May 20th at the Blue Gate Theater for a live theater show at 1:00 pm. The show is called, "Ned & Nancy See America." Stay tuned for details of meeting at St. Peter's and carpooling with each other.
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA: To celebrate his retirement and 40th wedding anniversary, Ned Richards surprises his wife Nancy with a cross-country road trip in his shiny brand-spankin' new RV! As good as his intentions are, this "vacation of a lifetime" quickly turns into one hilarious disaster after another. An encounter with a biker gang, a hot air balloon ride gone wrong, an Amish stowaway, a mugging in DC (a real one, not taxes) - and many other twists and turns down the road. Ned and Nancy end up seeing way more of America than any postcards could ever begin to describe.
Through it all new memories are made, old ones relived, and vacation frustrations melt away in the beauty that is America. Add to that a poignant moment at a military memorial, stunning Americana Travelogue scenery, and some cruising "Golden Oldies" on the radio, and a surprise ending - this is a show that'll have the audience singing along, and laughing their bobby socks off!

Our Website (The Hub) & Realm
There have been so many wonderful compliments and encouragements with how much easier it is to find information on The Hub, both online and on the paper copies found in the Ministry Center. However, we've only had The Hub for 6 months and know we have members who have never seen it and may not know how easy it is to access on our website or on paper.
We want all members and visitors of every age bracket to be able to stay "in the know" of the many happenings at St. Peter's. So join the Senior Saints and Amy from the Church Office so you can get your questions answered and say the phrase, "Oh, that was easy!"
Wednesday, April 30th from 5 - 7 pm
Dinner at Kekionga
It's a new, low-commitment & easilly accessible group designed to create opportunities for us as women to gather and have some fun! So far we've toured DeBrands, had dinner at Kekionga, game night in our lower level, painted pumpkins in the Cornerstone Room, sampled the artisan pizza & milkshakes at Kuehnert Dairy Farm, and walked a few laps around the Tin Caps field with their Christmas lights! Each unique event has been coordinated by a different member of St. Peter's so we can all SHARE in the planning. We want to see you there and we'd LOVE to hear about an event idea you have!
Second Sundays -- 6-8 pm -- Dinner, Devotion, Fellowship
Next gathering April 13th @ Possible new location (get on the text thread to be sent updates and invites.
Being a young person (18-25ish) in this world can be very difficult, and often we have a hard time knowing which voice to listen to.
At St. Peter's, Young Adults find fellowship with each other as we seek to examine pressing questions in the light of the Word of God. When things are confusing, why not go to the source of all truth and find solace in Jesus Christ.
Regular meetings are in the Cornerstone Room every other Sunday from 6-8 pm.
Leaders: Zach & Mary Burchardt and Pastor McDowell

These quilts made are special ordered for a variety of gifts. Come help with a stitch or two or contact Linda Thiele if you'd like to talk to her about an order.

Never knotted before? It's easier than tying your shoe.
These special quilts are made with love and quickly, because of how many are needed. They'll be taken on mission trips and given to families who have lost their homes. They'll be boxed up and shipped to Lutheran World Relief who will send them to all corners of the globe. They'll also be displayed annually each Fall during our Quilt Auction to raise funds for the Lutheran World Relief.
