National Lutheran Schools Week

January 27, 2025

Welcome to National Lutheran Schools Week 2025!

We have a lot of fun activities scheduled for our students this week to celebrate, with them, the blessing of being in a Lutheran School and joining over 172,000 students and 1,800 schools across the country. Take a look at all the special dress days in the image below. What a blessing it is to have our Lutheran Schools!

Please continue to pray for our Day School & Preschool, our staff, and our students. If you've been keeping up with Facebook posts, you'll see daily early morning prayers that we'll post each morning of NLSW. Go to our Facebook page to see today's prayer.

If you missed Day 1, please pray it with us now:

GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL FATHER, who in wisdom created the world and all that lives, enlighten the hearts and minds of Your faithful people to continually call on You for divine guidance in all that is said and done in Your Name. Look with favor on those who teach and those who learn. Give both teachers and students patience to receive Your special gifts of wisdom, knowledge and understanding as they live out their life’s journey. Strengthen our faith to trust in Your mercy and Your promise of life and salvation, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
