Contact the church office at any time, and we can help you find a place to serve that fits with your schedule, abilities, and passions.
The more the better! Many hands make for lighter loads. You might want to check in with the church office first though just to see if they will need a background check for the activity.
Variety is the spice of life! St. Peter's is a large and active congregation. There is always something going on, and it requires the dedicated service of all its members to keep things going. There are a variety of service opportunities that are short or long term, onsite or from home, and with a variety of age groups.
New members are encouraged to meet with our volunteer coordinator as part of the membership process. She will get to know you better and help you find the best place for you to serve in areas that bring meaning to you. If you are not a new member, but would like to find where your passion meets Christian purpose in the churhc, you can contact the church office at any time, and they will help you get started.
At St. Peter's, we know that your children are so important! We partner with our families in laying a foundation of biblical truth for the next generation, so that they too know what it means to live and walk with God.
Working with our schools and volunteer-led programs, we provide safe, age-appropriate environments where kids can learn about God’s plan for their lives through gospel-centered curriculum and worship.
Our mission is to invite students and families to respond to God’s love by developing a deep relationship with Jesus, loving one another and serving the world.
From middle school to college, we have opportunities for students to develop friendships, strengthen their faith, and ask the hard questions coming up in their lives.
From Bible Studies to service opportunities to fellowship events, St. Peter's has a variety of ways to get connected as we walk together in Christ as brothers and sisters. It can be difficult to walk into some place new, but we're here to help you take those first steps together.
As Christians worshipping the Triune God, we believe that our Father comes to His children in His precious Word (the Bible) and in His special gifts to the Church (Baptism and the Lord’s Supper). Worship is an opportunity to receive forgiveness, to be spiritually nourished and fulfilled, and to sing songs of praise to Him! Our worship blends ancient traditions with a modern understanding of the world in which we live. Come to be uplifted, come to be fed, come to connect in fellowship with brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ as we proclaim the praises of Him who brought us out of darkness and into His marvelous light!
Part of Living Meaningfully is caring about each other, and we want to care for you too. The leadership of St. Peter's — our pastors, elders, and staff — want to help, whether it’s through providing pastoral care, connecting you to a lay caregiver, or referring you to a professional counselor in our community. Please click the "Contact Us" button below to reach a ministry leader who would love to help you navigate your difficulty. Or find out more about some of our Care Ministry opportunities.
As followers of Christ, we’re tasked with sharing the Gospel. We facilitate opportunities to serve locally and to support our missionary family in Uruguay, demonstrating God’s goodness in Word and deed. At St. Peter's, we want to give you the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus so you can find a deeper purpose in life through serving others.
